OnPoint Fast LLC ("OnPoint Fast," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared when you use the OnPoint Fast website, OnPoint Scheduler, OnPoint Workspace, and related scheduling services.
1. Information We May Collect
When you schedule an appointment, communicate with OnPoint Fast, or use our scheduling services, we may collect information such as:
- Name
- Email address
- Telephone or mobile number
- Company or organization
- Job title
- Meeting subject or purpose
- Appointment date and time
- Meeting format or location
- Scheduling notes or information you voluntarily provide
- Technical information necessary to operate and secure the service
2. Google Calendar Data
OnPoint Scheduler may connect to Google Calendar using Google's authorized APIs.
The application may access Google Calendar information for the following purposes:
- Determine whether a date or time is available or busy.
- Prevent conflicting or duplicate appointments.
- Create calendar events for appointments scheduled through OnPoint.
- Update calendar events when an appointment is changed or rescheduled.
- Delete or cancel calendar events when an appointment is canceled.
- Display relevant scheduling information within the OnPoint Workspace.
- Associate an OnPoint appointment with its corresponding Google Calendar event.
OnPoint may store a Google Calendar Event ID or similar technical identifier so that an existing calendar event can be updated rather than creating duplicate events.
Calendar information obtained through Google APIs is used only for scheduling, calendar management, appointment coordination, and related functionality requested by or provided to OnPoint users.
3. Google API Limited Use
OnPoint Fast's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
Google user data is not used for advertising, sold to third parties, or used to create advertising profiles.
4. How We Use Information
Information may be used to:
- Schedule and manage appointments.
- Confirm, remind, reschedule, or cancel meetings.
- Coordinate meetings among OnPoint personnel and clients.
- Create Zoom or other supported meeting connections when requested.
- Prevent scheduling conflicts.
- Respond to inquiries.
- Maintain business and scheduling records.
- Improve and secure our systems and services.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information or Google user data.
Information may be processed by service providers when necessary to operate OnPoint services. These may include providers of:
- Cloud hosting and data storage
- Calendar services
- Video conferencing
- Email delivery
- Security and infrastructure services
Such access is limited to what is reasonably necessary to provide the applicable service.
We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, security, or safety of OnPoint Fast, our users, or others.
6. Data Storage and Security
OnPoint Fast uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Authentication credentials, API credentials, refresh tokens, and similar sensitive system credentials are intended to be stored in protected server-side environments and are not intentionally exposed through the public scheduling interface.
No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain scheduling and business information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate our services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, satisfy legal or accounting obligations, and support legitimate business purposes.
Information that is no longer reasonably required may be deleted, anonymized, or archived as appropriate.
8. Managing or Deleting Your Information
You may contact OnPoint Fast to request correction or deletion of personal information maintained by OnPoint, subject to applicable legal, contractual, accounting, and record-retention requirements.
Google users may also review or revoke an application's access to their Google Account through their Google Account security and connected-app settings.
9. Third-Party Services
OnPoint services may interact with third-party services such as Google Calendar, Zoom, email providers, or other business systems. Those providers maintain their own privacy policies and terms.
10. Children
OnPoint's business scheduling services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the OnPoint Scheduler.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technology, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
